Badrinath Dham: Dedicated to Lord Vishnu

   If you call Badrinath Dham dedicated to Lord Vishnu as the head of faith, faith and belief, then perhaps there will be no big talk. 

  Badrinath Dham, located in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, is one of the four dhams of Hindus. Badrinath Dam near the Alaknanda River is one of the 108 temples dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Badrinath Dham believed that Lord Vishnu has a place of residence. 
  Badrinath Dham situated on the high hills of Garhwal is about 3133 meters above sea level. Badrinath Dham of ancient style is very important in terms of religion.     The height of this place is approximately 7138 meters above sea level. Pandav had purified the ancestors in Badrinath Dham. Pilgrims make pilgrims for the peace of the ancestors. There is a hot tub near the temple. The water of this tank with sulfur-containing water is considered as semi-arid.
   Pilgrims travel to the pool before bathing. Badrinath Dham, situated at a height of 50 meters above the Alaknanda River, has three main structures. These include the sanctum sanctorum, the Darshan Mandap and the assembly hall. Its entrance is from the river. The main entrance is called the lion gate. At the top of the door are three golden urns installed. There is a big pillar in the meeting hall.  

   The wall and column are made of fine carvings. The devotees make special pujan and aarti sitting in this Mandap. The statue of Lord Badrinath, ie Shaligram, is installed in the sanctum sanctorum. The vast majority of the statue is covered with a golden cover. The idol of Badrinarayan has four hands. The diamond is embedded on the frontal statue. 
   The worship of 15 deities is worshiped in Badrinath Dham. These include Lakshmi ji, Garuna, Navadurga sculptures. Lakshmi-Nrusingh is also pran in the sanctum sanctorum. Mata Murthy Mela is held in the delight of the arrival of the Ganges River. Badrinath's mother is also worshiped during this period.  

   It is believed that for the welfare of animals, the river was divided into twelve streams. In the evening of Badrinath, the song is called Govind and Aarti. Vedic texts are pronounced. Badrinath is worshiped. The coating of sandalwood is applied. The sandalwood on the statue is given in the form of prasad during the pure philosophy of devotees next day.
  All religious rituals are performed in the temple. Badrinath Dham is offered in the form of Vanululi garland, gram lentils, Giri Gola and Mithri Prasad. In the winter of October-November the temple doors are closed. During this, enough ghee is filled in the lamp. The lamp kept burning for six months. Special prayers of Badrinath are celebrated on this day. After about six months, the opening of the kapat shows the presence of divine light flame.
